Portal Transition – Important Information

As part of our move to a new online portal, the current portal will be decommissioned.

Key Dates

  • Existing Portal Closes: End of day Friday, 27 February 2026
  • New Portal Goes Live: Wednesday, 18 March 2026

Required Actions Before 27 February 2026

Workers

  • Please ensure your contact details, particularly your email address, are current and correct. We will be communicating important information via email.
  • If you require a Statement of Service, please obtain this prior to 27 February 2026.

Employers

  • Please ensure all outstanding returns are submitted as soon as possible before the portal closure date.

Important Notice

  • No submissions or updates can be made while the system is offline during the transition period.
  • Long service leave claims and payments will be delayed during this time.

Accessing Portals from outside of Australia or New Zealand

MyLeave runs country blocking on our worker and employer portals.

For any employer (or contractor to an employer) outside of Australia or New Zealand you may get a "Can't reach this page" message.

MyLeave can allow you access to the portals. To do so, we require your IPv4 address which can be obtained by heading to wimi.com
