Congratulations to Williams, the 2025 Western Australian Tidy Towns Sustainable Communities Award winner. Williams was crowned the 2026 AustralianTidy Towns Sustainability Winner at the Australian Tidy Towns Sustainabililty Awards in Launceston in May 2026. Watch the ABC news here.
About the awards
Keep Australia Beautiful WA's annual Tidy Towns Sustainable Communities Awards are for regional and remote communities of all sizes. There are ten categories that communities can enter to showcase their projects. Each award has prize money and kudos, with the overall State Winner going on to represent WA in the Australian TIdy Towns Sustainability Awards.
Entering
It is your opportunity to celebrate your community achievements across ten categories and show how you are protecting and enhancing your environment. By working together, you are building a sustainable community, making it an amazing place to live and visit.
Regional and remote towns, cities and Indigenous communities across Western Australia are eligible to enter projects that have been initiated, completed, or ongoing between July 2025 and June 2026.
Any local individual, group, shire, council, business, organisation or school can enter their regional or remote community and project/s in the awards.
