Temporary system outage notices - ACE systems

Planned temporary outage affecting ACE systems - Thursday, 1st May 2025, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

The department will be performing system maintenance on Ace System on Thursday, 1st May 2025, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. During this time, access to these systems will be unavailable. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Planned temporary outage affecting PayPortal system

The department will be carrying out system maintenance to PayPortal system - Thursday, 1st May 2025, between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM

Access to PayPortal system will be unavailable during this time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Planned temporary outage affecting FIL (Finance Integration Layer) system

The department will be carrying out system maintenance to FIL (Finance Integration Layer) system - Tuesday, 6 May 2025, between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

Access to FIL (Finance Integration Layer) , PayPortal system will be unavailable during this time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

IT Services provides a single point of contact for all technical computing support services for users of the department's website and online systems.  The IT Service Desk is available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm (GMT+8)
